What to Expect
Your first session is a conversation and a movement assessment. Troy will learn about your goals, evaluate how your body moves, and explain exactly how he would approach your training. No obligation. No sales pitch. Takes about 45 minutes.

What Happens After You Book

  • Step 1. Troy Gets in Touch

    Within 24 hours of your submission, Troy will call or email to confirm your session time. He will ask a few quick questions about your goals and any physical concerns so your first session is productive from minute one.
  • Step 2. Your Free Assessment

    You come to the studio at 180 W Georgia Street. Troy walks you through a movement assessment, talks through your goals, and introduces you to the Gravity Training System. No hard sell. Just an honest look at where you are and what is possible.
  • Step 3. Your Plan

    If TSquared is the right fit, Troy builds your program and you schedule your first training sessions. If it is not the right fit, he will tell you that too. The goal is the right outcome for you, not a closed sale.

Find Us in Downtown Vancouver

TSquared Personal Training is located at 180 W Georgia Street in downtown Vancouver, inside the Sandman Hotel. We are a few minutes walk from Coal Harbour, Gastown, and the West End.

Transit: Stadium-Chinatown SkyTrain is a 7-minute walk. Waterfront Station is 12 minutes.

Driving: Street parking available on Georgia and surrounding blocks. Sandman Hotel has guest parking.

Is the first session really free?

Yes. No credit card required. No commitment. Troy uses the session to assess your body, discuss your goals, and determine the best training approach for you.

How long is the first session?

About 45 minutes. That includes the conversation, movement assessment, and an introduction to the Gravity Training System.

What should I wear?

Comfortable workout clothes and clean athletic shoes. Water is available at the studio. No special equipment needed.7

Can I bring someone with me?

Absolutely. Many clients train with a spouse, friend, or colleague. Troy can assess both of you in the same session.
